H-VCP
The semi-automatic version of the NELA VCP for high-precision register punching and bending, with optically controlled alignment of the plates. Ideal as a back-up, or when space doesn't allow for an in-line integration with the Ctp-system.
Technical information
- For all plate formats - machine dimensions to accomodate your specific plate sizes
- Optically controlled register punching and bending process in one cycle
- Register-true positioning of offset plates through high-resolution digital cameras and imaged registration marks
- The three-point system allows pre-positioning of the printing plates and serves as a backup for the optical alignment
- Cleaning and oiling of the punching tools before each punching process ensures the long lifetime of the equipment as well as a continued burr-free and accurate register punching
