1. Inquiry and Initial Consultation

The process begins with a shared understanding. In an initial qualifying consultation, we clarify whether your components fit our portfolio and what objectives should be achieved with automated inspection. The focus is on a realistic assessment of feasibility, benefits and framework conditions as the basis for long-term collaboration.

2. Technical Clarification & Consulting

In personal consultations, often directly on site, all relevant technical requirements are defined. These include component geometry, defect catalog, inspection speed, handling and the production environment. The goal is a clear and complete requirement profile as a reliable basis for the project.

3. Feasibility Study

The feasibility study is the core of the project. Using real sample parts, we test in our own laboratory whether the desired defects can be reliably detected. The optimal balance between inspection reliability, speed and economic efficiency is determined, and limit samples are defined together.

4. Quotation & Project Planning

Based on the feasibility study, a qualified and reliable quotation is prepared. It clearly defines the performance of the system and the conditions under which it operates. The solution is transparently planned and documented to ensure maximum investment security.

5. Pre-Acceptance & Final Acceptance

Before delivery, the system is tested and pre-accepted at our facility using original parts. After installation, the final acceptance takes place in your production environment. The inspection capability is clearly documented and verified.

6. Service & Support

Even after commissioning, we remain a reliable partner. Maintenance, training, remote support as well as software and functional updates ensure that the system continues to operate reliably, up to date and cost-effectively.
